Blur keeps showing after Clear All? Here is the fix

To remove a saved blur for good, turn on Keep Blur first, then click Clear All. Clear All alone does not delete saved blurs.
If you blur using Keep Blur turned on it will not be permanently removed by just clicking on clear all.
Just click “Keep Blur” and then click clear all.
